XIAODU USER AGREEMENT
SPECIAL NOTICE:
BEFORE USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY XIAODU (IN THIS USER AGREEMENT REFERRING TO XIAODU'S SINGAPORE ENTITY, TRUE GENIUS PRIVATE LIMITED, HEREINAFTER ALSO REFERRED TO AS "WE"), PLEASE READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY, IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISIONS HIGHLIGHTED IN BOLD, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CLAUSES THAT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT LIABILITY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT AND/OR ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, YOU MAY CEASE USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY XIAODU; ONCE YOU USE THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY XIAODU, YOU ARE DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND FULLY AGREED TO ALL PROVISIONS OF THIS SERVICE AGREEMENT, INCLUDING ANY AMENDMENTS XIAODU MAY MAKE TO THE SERVICE AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND TO HAVE BECOME OUR USER.
I. General Provisions
This Agreement governs the registration, login, and use of the Xiaodu International Account service.
Users may use individual services across Xiaodu's various channels and products, which may be provided to you by Xiaodu's affiliated companies or controlling companies. When a user uses any individual Xiaodu service, the user's conduct shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of the terms of service and all announcements issued by Xiaodu in connection with that individual service.
Xiaodu's User Agreement and the individual service terms and announcements for each channel and product may be updated by Xiaodu at any time without separate notice. When using the relevant services, you should be aware of and comply with the applicable terms.
II. Account Registration and Use
You are required to register a Xiaodu International Account to use certain Xiaodu products or services. When registering and using your Xiaodu International Account, you must comply with the following requirements:
1. Upon successful registration, Xiaodu will assign each user an account, and the user may set their own account password. The user is responsible for safeguarding their account and password; the user shall bear full legal responsibility for all activities and events conducted under their account.
2. After completing the information as prompted on the registration page, reading and agreeing to this Agreement, and completing all registration procedures, you will be granted a Xiaodu Platform account (on the baidu.com website and clients) and become a Xiaodu user, unless the specific products on the Xiaodu Platform have separate registration requirements. You may use your Xiaodu account to access all products and services on the Xiaodu Platform.
3. Ownership of the Xiaodu International Account (i.e., Xiaodu User ID) belongs to Xiaodu. After completing the information as prompted on the registration page, reading and agreeing to this Agreement, and completing all registration procedures, you will be granted a Xiaodu International Account and become a user. Users must provide timely, complete, and accurate personal data and keep their registration details up to date. All information originally entered will be used as registration data. Xiaodu bears no responsibility for any issues arising from untruthful registration information or failure to update information in a timely manner. You may query and correct your information through the Xiaodu International Account settings page. Users must register an account using authentic identity information; the account name, avatar, and profile information submitted by users must not contain unlawful or inappropriate content. If such content is found upon review by Xiaodu, registration will not be approved. Furthermore, if it is found after registration that a user has obtained an account name through deceptive identity information, or that their account avatar, profile, or other information contains unlawful or inappropriate content, Xiaodu reserves the right, without prior notice, to unilaterally implement measures including requiring correction within a specified period, deleting/resetting avatar information, suspending use, cancelling registration, and reclaiming the account.
4. In accordance with mandatory requirements of applicable laws and regulations or Xiaodu's service policies, when using certain Xiaodu services, you may be required to provide your real name, contact details, ID card number, and other information. You must ensure the truthfulness of the identity information you provide and use authentic, accurate, lawful, and valid identity documents and necessary information. Please complete and remember to update such information in a timely manner as required. If the materials you submit or the information you provide are inaccurate, untruthful, non-standard, or unlawful, or if Xiaodu has reasonable grounds to suspect that such materials or information are erroneous, untruthful, or unlawful, Xiaodu reserves the right to refuse to provide you with the relevant services, and you may be unable to use certain Xiaodu services or may have certain features restricted during use.
5. To meet mandatory requirements of applicable laws and regulations, due to the necessity of providing products or services, or based on the need to identify account risks and enhance verification, when you use face recognition login or verification features, we will collect and store your facial photograph and related information. You must complete the required actions as prompted on the screen; once Xiaodu's system determines that your actions meet the requirements, facial capture will be completed. You agree that only you personally may use face recognition login and verification services for your own Xiaodu International Account. To enhance verification accuracy, you agree that Xiaodu may, where necessary, compare the facial photograph and facial features you provide to Xiaodu against your facial features held by institutions permitted by applicable laws and regulations or institutions authorised by government authorities.
6. Your Xiaodu International Account comprises an account name and password. You may log in using the account name you set (including username, mobile phone number, or email address) and your password. During the use of your account, to protect your account security, we may adopt different verification measures to identify your identity based on the terminal device and your usage habits. For example, if your account logs in from a new device for the first time, we may verify your identity through a password combined with a verification code; verification methods include but are not limited to SMS verification codes and service usage information verification.
7. Users must not transfer, sell, or lend their account or password to others; the right to use the account belongs solely to the initial registered applicant, and the user shall bear sole and full responsibility for all activities under the account. If Xiaodu can reasonably determine that an account has been traded or is at risk of being stolen, Xiaodu reserves the right to unilaterally freeze or ban the account. In the event of account disputes arising from the transfer, sale, or lending of an account, or where Xiaodu is unable to determine the ownership of an account, Xiaodu reserves the right to refuse to assist with account recovery; upon receipt of such a report or complaint, Xiaodu reserves the right to immediately freeze or ban the account. You should keep your account and password safe. You should not trust online messages involving borrowing money, requesting passwords, or other financial matters; you must not disclose your Xiaodu International Account, password, or verification codes sent to you by Xiaodu to third parties, nor enter your Xiaodu International Account, password, or verification codes on non-Xiaodu websites, nor log in via QR code scanning on non-Xiaodu websites. Otherwise, your account may be compromised and you may suffer financial loss; any such loss resulting from improper management of your account is your own responsibility. Furthermore, in the event of any of the foregoing and where Xiaodu is unable to reasonably determine account ownership, Xiaodu will be unable to assist you in recovering your account.
8. If your Xiaodu International Account becomes unusable due to personal reasons and you need to recover it, please provide the information required under the Xiaodu International Account recovery requirements and ensure that the information provided is lawful, authentic, and valid. If any of the following circumstances exist: (1) the information provided does not meet the requirements; (2) the sole credential for the account is no longer valid; (3) Xiaodu's security verification cannot be passed; or (4) there is a security risk such as account theft or other circumstances that make it impossible to determine account ownership, Xiaodu reserves the right to refuse to provide account recovery services and may, as appropriate, freeze or ban the account. If the mobile phone number linked to your Xiaodu International Account is no longer in use for personal reasons, please update the linked mobile phone number for your Xiaodu International Account as soon as possible. Failure to do so may result in a subsequent user of that mobile phone number (following number recycling by the carrier) being able to log in and access your full account information and product usage information via your original mobile phone number, rendering your Xiaodu International Account unusable and creating a risk of personal data leakage. Please update your linked mobile phone number promptly. If account loss or personal data leakage results from failure to update the linked mobile phone number in a timely manner, you shall bear sole responsibility, and Xiaodu reserves the right to refuse to provide account recovery services and may, as appropriate, freeze or ban the account.
9. When you need to cease using the Xiaodu International Account service, you may apply to deregister your Xiaodu International Account if the following conditions are met. Account deregistration is irreversible and cannot be undone — please proceed with caution. You must also be fully aware and confirm the following:
You may only apply to deregister your own account, and must follow Xiaodu's deregistration procedures;
You remain responsible for your conduct prior to deregistration and during your use of Xiaodu's services;
Please back up any relevant information and data before deregistration. Once deregistration is complete, unless otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations or separately agreed between the parties, your account information, personal identity documents, transaction records, membership benefits, stored information, and other information linked to or associated with the account cannot be retrieved, restored, or provided. You will also be unable to log in (even if you re-register using the same mobile phone number or are able to prove that you were the original account holder) or perform any operations via the original account, and any new account you register will be unable to use the original account username.
10. To prevent resource occupation, if you have not used your Xiaodu International Account or logged in to your Xiaodu International Account by any other means recognised by Xiaodu for six consecutive months, Xiaodu reserves the right to reclaim that account, and you will no longer be able to log in to this website or use the relevant services using that account's login name. If the account has associated financial products, pending transactions, or balances, Xiaodu will assist you in handling these matters within a reasonable scope; please follow the instructions provided by Xiaodu.
11. We will use the information you submit and retain during registration of your Xiaodu International Account and use of Xiaodu services in accordance with the Baidu Privacy Protection Statement (https://privacy.baidu.com/mdetail?id=288). You confirm that, before using all of Xiaodu's products and services, you have fully understood and agreed that Xiaodu may process user information accordingly. If you provide personal data of other individuals during the use of our services, you must obtain the consent of those individuals in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. Unlike the personal data we process in providing services to you, any data you process through the use of our services constitutes your business data, over which you retain full control. We act solely as a commissioned data processor and will process such data strictly in accordance with the instructions in the separately executed data processing agreement. You are responsible for the source of user business data and for processing activities. If you bind a Xiaodu smart speaker (hotel edition) device through this platform and provide Xiaodu smart speaker (hotel edition) services, please ensure that you formulate a privacy policy by reference to the Xiaodu Smart Speaker Hotel Edition Privacy Policy Template and display it to hotel guests by appropriate means, and obtain hotel guests' consent in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
12. To meet the requirements of applicable laws and regulations and to protect your account security — in particular when you perform sensitive operations such as unlinking or deregistering your account — we will send the personal identity information you submit to banks, carriers, and other institutions for verification queries, to confirm the authenticity of your identity.
13. When a user uses the "One-Click Login" feature, the carrier will transmit the user's mobile phone number to Xiaodu to enable Xiaodu to determine whether that mobile phone number has been registered as a Xiaodu International Account. If your mobile phone number has been registered as a Xiaodu International Account and security verification passes, you will be able to complete login directly without entering your mobile phone number, verification code, account name, or password. If your mobile phone number has not been registered as a Xiaodu International Account, you will be able to directly register and log in to a Xiaodu International Account using your mobile phone number. If you do not meet the requirements for One-Click Login, or if you select another login method, you may use other available login methods.
14. Subject to compliance with applicable laws and regulations, or upon request by a state authority, we reserve the right to restrict or freeze your account. In such cases, you may be unable to continue logging in or using your account. If the relevant regulations also require or recommend that we carry out further account authentication, please cooperate accordingly. To comply with the requirements of regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and judicial bodies, or as necessary for the handling of disputes involving you such as litigation proceedings, we may provide such authorities with information relating to your account, including but not limited to your registration information, login information, real-name authentication information, linked account information, and other information capable of demonstrating the ownership and usage of your account.
15. You must register and use your Xiaodu International Account in a reasonable manner. You must not register accounts in bad faith or use your Xiaodu International Account in violation of applicable rules (common violations include but are not limited to: frequently or batch-registering accounts in a manner that can be reasonably considered to involve automated operations, maliciously abusing multiple accounts, maliciously assisting in account verification/recovery, using a Xiaodu International Account for unlawful activities or activities in breach of this Agreement or other product agreements/rules of Xiaodu or its affiliated companies, or using a Xiaodu International Account for other improper purposes). You must register your Xiaodu International Account through official Xiaodu channels and must not register or obtain a Xiaodu International Account or its login credentials through any unofficial channels; you must not, through controlling multiple accounts or other means, engage in conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement, or other product agreements of Xiaodu or its affiliated companies; and you must not use any means to circumvent, resist, or undermine the platform's registration, login, and usage rules. We reserve the right to independently assess the above-mentioned bad-faith registration and rule-violating conduct and, upon reasonable determination that such conduct exists, unilaterally decide to take measures including but not limited to: deleting user-published content, suspending licences, terminating services, restricting use, prohibiting login, prohibiting account rebinding, prohibiting appeals, reclaiming Xiaodu International Accounts, freezing/banning Xiaodu International Accounts, and pursuing legal liability. If a user has evidence to demonstrate that they have not engaged in the above-mentioned misconduct, they may submit an appeal to us through the contact channels set out in this Agreement. If other product agreements of Xiaodu or its affiliated companies contain specific provisions on the use of Xiaodu International Accounts, such provisions shall apply as a supplement to this Agreement.
16. You understand that we reserve the right to independently assess account conduct that is determined by the platform to involve fraud, abnormal operations, cheating, or security risks, and to unilaterally take measures including but not limited to: restricting login, requiring supplementary real-name information, freezing accounts, banning accounts, and reporting or transferring the matter to the relevant regulatory authority for handling.
17. We reserve the right to independently assess any conduct involving bad-faith registration, abnormal risk, unlawfulness, breach of this Agreement, or violation of public order, good morals, or ethical standards, and upon reasonable determination that such conduct exists, to unilaterally take measures including but not limited to: deleting user-published content, requiring rectification, suspending licences, terminating services, restricting use, prohibiting login, prohibiting account rebinding, prohibiting appeals, reclaiming Xiaodu International Accounts, freezing/banning Xiaodu International Accounts, and pursuing legal liability. For users who repeatedly violate the relevant rules and refuse to correct their conduct, we reserve the right to directly ban your account and publicly disclose the relevant handling outcome. If a user has evidence to demonstrate that they have not engaged in the above-mentioned misconduct, they may submit an appeal to us through the contact channels set out in this Agreement. If other product agreements of Xiaodu or its affiliated companies contain specific provisions on the use of Xiaodu International Accounts, such provisions shall apply as a supplement to this Agreement.
III. Usage Rules
1. When using Xiaodu's services, users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Users agree not to use this service for any unlawful or improper activities, including but not limited to:
(1) Uploading, displaying, posting, transmitting, or otherwise communicating information that contains any of the following:
Content that endangers national security, divulges state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity;
Content that harms the honour and interests of the state;
Content that promotes terrorism or extremism, or incites terrorist or extremist activities;
Content that undermines state religious policies, or promotes cults or feudal superstitions;
Content that spreads rumours, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability;
Content that spreads obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or incites the commission of crimes;
Content that insults or defames others, or infringes upon others' reputation, privacy, and other lawful rights and interests;
Content that is false, fraudulent, harmful, threatening, invasive of others' personal data, harassing, infringing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise morally offensive;
Content that may involve infringement of national sovereignty and territorial integrity, or that violates national regulations on map preparation and publication;
Content restricted or prohibited by other applicable laws and regulations;
(2) Using the online service system for any unlawful purpose;
(3) Using Xiaodu's services to engage in the following activities:
1) Accessing or using computer information network resources without authorisation;
2) Deleting, modifying, or adding to computer information network functions without authorisation;
3) Deleting, modifying, or adding to data or applications stored, processed, or transmitted in a computer information network without authorisation;
4) Intentionally creating or distributing destructive programs such as computer viruses;
5) Other conduct that endangers the security of computer information networks.
2. When producing and publishing online content through your account, you must comply with applicable requirements and must not create, publish, reproduce, or repost inappropriate content including but not limited to:
(1) Using sensationalist headlines that are materially inconsistent with the content;
(2) Hyping up scandals, misconduct, or disgraceful conduct;
(3) Making inappropriate commentary on natural disasters, major accidents, or other catastrophes;
(4) Content with sexual innuendo or suggestive overtones likely to arouse sexual associations;
(5) Content displaying gore, horror, or cruelty that causes physical or psychological discomfort;
(6) Content that incites discrimination against groups or regions;
(7) Promoting vulgar, banal, or pandering content;
(8) Content that may induce minors to imitate unsafe behaviour or violate public morality, or that may encourage unwholesome habits in minors;
(9) Other content that has an adverse impact on the online environment.
3. You agree to indemnify Xiaodu and its partners and affiliated companies, and hold them harmless from, any claims, demands, or losses asserted by any third party, including reasonable legal fees, arising from or in connection with your violation of this Agreement or the relevant terms of service. In response to such conduct, Xiaodu reserves the right, depending on the nature of the user's conduct, to take measures including but not limited to: deleting user-published content, suspending licences, terminating services, restricting use, reclaiming Xiaodu International Accounts, and pursuing legal liability.
4. Users must not copy, duplicate, sell, resell, or use any part of this service or access to or use of this service for any commercial purpose.
5. Users shall bear legal responsibility for their conduct while using Xiaodu's services. The forms of legal responsibility include but are not limited to: compensating injured parties for damages, and providing Xiaodu with equivalent compensation after Xiaodu has first borne administrative penalties or infringement liability arising from the user's conduct.
IV. Service Content
1. The specific content of Xiaodu's network services is provided by Xiaodu based on actual circumstances.
2. Unless otherwise expressly specified in this Service Agreement, all new products, features, and services launched by Xiaodu are governed by this Service Agreement.
3. To use this service, you must be able to access the internet through a third party that is legally qualified to provide internet access services to you, and you shall bear the relevant service fees. In addition, you must independently provide and be responsible for all equipment necessary for connection to the internet, including computers, modems, or other access devices.
4. In view of the special nature of network services, users agree that Xiaodu reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate some or all network services (including paid network services) at any time without prior notice. Xiaodu does not guarantee the continuity of network services and makes no representations as to their timeliness, security, or accuracy.
5. Disclaimer: Xiaodu shall not be liable for any interruption of network services within a reasonable period of time due to any of the following circumstances:
(1) Xiaodu periodically or non-periodically requires inspection or maintenance of the platform or equipment through which network services are provided. Xiaodu reserves the right to suspend any part of this service at any time for maintenance, upgrading, or other purposes without prior notice. For equipment inspection or maintenance within the scope of after-sales service, Xiaodu provides after-sales services by supplying replacement devices to distributors.
(2) Force majeure events such as typhoons, earthquakes, floods, lightning, or terrorist attacks.
(3) Failure of the user's computer hardware, software, telecommunications lines, or power supply.
(4) Service interruptions or failures caused by viruses, Trojan horses, malicious programme attacks, network congestion, system instability, system or equipment failures, communication failures, power failures, banking issues, third-party service defects, or government actions.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Xiaodu will take reasonable steps to actively restore normal service.
6. This service or third parties may provide links to other websites or resources on the internet. Since Xiaodu has no control over such websites or resources, you understand and agree that Xiaodu is not responsible for the availability of such websites or resources, and Xiaodu neither guarantees nor accepts responsibility for any content, advertisements, products, or other materials existing on or originating from such websites or resources. Xiaodu shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services published on or obtained through such websites or resources.
7. Users expressly agree to assume all risks associated with their use of Xiaodu's network services. Users understand and accept that any information or data downloaded or obtained through Xiaodu's services is obtained at their own discretion and risk, and that users bear sole responsibility for any damage to their systems, loss of data, and any other risks. Xiaodu makes no representations regarding any shopping services, transactions, or recruitment information obtained through its service websites.
8. Users are advised that, in the various recommendation and push services provided by Xiaodu, links pushed to websites or resources previously visited by users are automatically generated by machine algorithms, and Xiaodu makes no representations as to their validity, security, or lawfulness.
9. Xiaodu reserves the right to modify or terminate this service (or any part thereof), temporarily or permanently, at any time with or without notice, and shall bear no liability to users or any third party.
10. Termination of Service
You agree that Xiaodu may, at its sole discretion and for any reason, including but not limited to prolonged inactivity (exceeding one year) or Xiaodu's determination that you have violated the letter or spirit of this Service Agreement, terminate your password, account, or use of this service (or any part thereof), and remove and delete any content you have posted within this service. You agree that any service provided pursuant to this Service Agreement may be interrupted or terminated without prior notice, and you acknowledge and agree that Xiaodu may immediately close or delete your account and all information and files associated with your account, and/or prohibit further access to the foregoing files or this service. You further agree that, in the event of interruption or termination of your use of this service or closure or deletion of your account and related information and files, Xiaodu shall bear no liability to you or any third party.
V. Intellectual Property and Other Lawful Rights and Interests (Including but Not Limited to Rights of Reputation and Goodwill)
1. Protection of User Rights
If you believe that another user's Xiaodu International Account (including the avatar, username, nickname, or profile of a Xiaodu International Account) infringes upon your lawful rights and interests, please submit the following information to Xiaodu:
Please note: If the statements in a rights notice are false, the person submitting the rights notice shall bear full legal responsibility for all consequences thereby caused (including but not limited to compensation for all costs and legal fees). If the above individual or entity is unsure whether material available online infringes their intellectual property rights or other lawful rights and interests, Xiaodu recommends that they first consult a professional.
To enable Xiaodu to process your rights notice effectively, please use the following format (including the numbered items below):
1. Proof of the rights holder's lawful entitlement to the allegedly infringing content;
2. Please provide a full and clear description of the circumstances in which your lawful rights and interests have been infringed, and provide the third-party account information (including username, nickname, avatar, and profile) and URL (if any) of the allegedly infringing account.
3. Please specify which content in the allegedly infringing account infringes the rights set out in item (2) above.
4. Please provide the rights holder's specific contact information, including name, copy of ID card or passport (for individuals), copy of organisational registration certificate (for entities), postal address, telephone number, fax number, and email address.
5. Please include the following declaration as to the truthfulness of the notice in your rights notice: "I confirm that the information set out in this notice is complete, true, and accurate, and I shall bear all legal responsibility arising therefrom if the content of this rights notice is not fully accurate."
6. Please sign this document; if you are a duly established institution or organisation, please affix your official seal.

SPECIAL NOTE: The above channels only accept infringement complaints relating to Xiaodu International Accounts (i.e., solely in respect of account avatars, nicknames, usernames, and profiles). If you have a complaint about a non-account Xiaodu product, please submit your complaint via the Xiaodu Rights Statement (https://www.baidu.com/duty/right.html) or the complaint pathway disclosed for the specific product.
If you have a copyright infringement complaint regarding a Xiaodu product, please submit your complaint at the Baidu Copyright Platform (https://copyright.baidu.com/).
2. User-Submitted Content
For any content uploaded by users to publicly accessible areas of Xiaodu's website through Xiaodu's services (including but not limited to the Xiaodu APP, Tieba, Zhidao, and Xiaodu Cloud), users grant Xiaodu a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, and fully sub-licensable right and licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content (in whole or in part), and/or to incorporate such content into any other form of works, media, or technology now known or hereafter developed.
3. Intellectual Property
Xiaodu holds copyright in all materials on this website. Any authorised browsing, copying, printing, or distribution of materials on this website is subject to the following conditions:
All materials and images must be used solely for the purpose of obtaining information;
All materials and images must not be used for commercial purposes;
All materials, images, and any portions thereof must include this copyright notice;
All products, technologies, and programmes on this website (www.baidu.com) are the intellectual property of Xiaodu and its affiliated companies, and no licence is granted herein. "Baidu", "百度（小度）", and related graphics are registered trademarks of Xiaodu and its affiliated companies.
No person may, without Xiaodu's permission, use any of the above in any manner (including but not limited to unlawful reproduction, distribution, display, mirroring, uploading, or downloading). Xiaodu will pursue legal liability in accordance with applicable law for any violation.
VI. Special Notice for Young Users
Our products, websites, and services are primarily intended for adults. If you are a minor, please do not use our products, websites, or services.
VII. Other Provisions
1. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the conclusion, performance, and interpretation of this Agreement and the resolution of disputes shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. If any dispute arises between the parties concerning the content or performance of this Agreement, the parties shall endeavour to resolve it through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, unless otherwise required by applicable law, either party may bring an action before the People's Court of Haidian District, Beijing where Xiaodu is located.
3. Xiaodu's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Service Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
4. If any provision of this Agreement is wholly or partially invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain valid and binding.
5. You are welcome to use the dedicated channel or platform services under Xiaodu (hereinafter "Individual Services") and, in addition to this Agreement, to comply with the specific provisions of the Individual Service agreements, including but not limited to:

6. When you log in to and use third-party products or services via your Xiaodu International Account, in addition to complying with this Agreement, you must also comply with the specific usage rules of those third-party products or services. For example, when using Duxiaoman services, you must also comply with the Duxiaoman User Registration Agreement and the Duxiaoman (Financial) Personal data Protection Policy.
